Guys like him who have that skinny look teen girls like seldom grow to be attractive men because precisely what makes them attractive as teens makes them look wonky as adults, it's like with kid celebs, the stuff that Hollywood selects them for that makes them cute as kids very often doesn't age well, just look at Mara Wilson, Maculay Culkin or Haley Osment.
On the other hand look at actors who were a bit husky or wonky in their youth, like Chris Pratt in picrel, and aged much better.
