This happens to me constantly. I am always turning the volume down when there's an action scene and then back up again for the dialogue scenes. It's exhausting and unsustainable!

Every single time I encounter a movie where the characters talk in hushed tones for dialog heavy scene just for loud bullshit at other times? I just stop watching because history has shown that the movie is gonna be dog shit.
