Bilbo turns 110 at the start of Fellowship, but it's less that he's 110 at all (in that it's rare but not unheard of) and more that he's still in unnaturally good health and vigor for that age when he ought to be wizened and frail. He lives into his 130s by the time he departs Middle-Earth and passed out the oldest hobbit on record, the "Old Took", who was 130 on the dot. The very advanced age only really starts to hit him rapidly once the Ring is destroyed.
