I can see Jurassic World Rebirth really under performing and getting the franchise shelved for a while. I already saw it at an early screening and it is not good at all. The film gets meta about people losing interest in dinosaurs, so the park tried to shake things up and failed to stay relevant. You can't headline a summer action adventure movie with ScarJo in her 40s, Mahershala Ali that audiences don't care about, and Jonathan Bailey that audiences haven't heard of.

Superman won't come close to a billion box office. It will be the biggest success of the three, but not a big enough hit to overcome capeshit fatigue and get audiences to give a shit about James Gunn's DC universe.

Fantastic Four also won't touch a billion. It will struggle after it's first weekend. People don't give a shit about the Fantastic Four. This will be another big nail in the MCU coffin and there will start to be a lot more people talking about Pedro Pascal being overexposed and start turning on him.

I can't really see Fantastic Four being anything other than the weakest when it comes to returns.
Marvel fatigue's at an all time high and we already saw with Thunderbolts despite how much people were shilling it/signing it's praises telling you to go see it. The film flopped.
Everyone's just sorta waiting for the next Spider Man, or big event film from Marvel.
Plus there's also the whole stigma that there's already been a bunch of Fantastic Four films and most people will have decided by now if they think the F4 is something they care for or not. And I'm pretty sure most people just don't give a shit these days.

Superman would underperform in most other years, but having two weeks with no competition and being free of continuity baggage will make it a popular summer movie. Most people will think it was kinda stupid and corny years from now but given it's competition it's going to be the ideal movie for people to go to as an impulse choice. Second week will hold up very well and lead to WB churning out a ton of DC stuff for the next five years which may or may not do as well, but not likely to match the MCU's peak.
FF will not do spectacularly early on but will be able to slowly turn a profit due to not having anything worth competing with it in August.
