Peronist voters were a combination of meds and brown mestizos, the excluded working classes that became involved in mass politics for the first time thanks to Peronism. Before politics was a thing of the elites and middle classes, but nobody did populist politics and appealed to the working class. (Socialists were a fringe party and commies were banned)

To elaborate on this - they don't have to work, but they can still be employed. The ideal factory condition where your labor union-backed worker class gets guaranteed employment and guaranteed salary, but there's no economy so how much you work doesn't matter and everything is too low quality to cost money anyway. Some retards on TikTok read that a high % of the population of Argentina was black at independence and today it's only 0.4% black therefore the population must have been killed off.

But actually, Buenos Aires had like 30,000 black slaves at independence. What happened is slavery was abolished straight away and the population of Argentina multiplied by 14, when 7 million immigrants, mostly from Europe but also some from the Middle East and Asia, came.

So there retards don't understand that Argentina was basically empty at independence and the few black slaves that lived here were domestic slaves doing house chores for rich people, there were no coffee plantations or any of that shit. So we don't have to feel white guilt towards blacks because we gave them freedom and equality as soon as we became independent and in fact there were black generals in our independence armies and a black minister of health in the 1950s when the USA still had segregation so the blacks here were actually privileged.

We did commit a shitload of genocide, against the natives. They have a right to complain.
Blacks here were always a small number, thus non-threatening, thus not overtly discriminated against.

In fact many of the blacks that exist in Argentina today are in upper class families which are basically the rich people that married their slaves. Like the mayor of Buenos Aires Jorge Macri is part-black. This isn't USA, the natives were discriminated against here, the blacks had it good in comparison.
