He suffered from stomach/bowel ailments. Stomach pain is the worst pain. Sometimes I take a poo that's so tremendously painful that death seems like sweet relief. But then I finally empty my intestines of poo and all is suddenly better. I'm glad I didn't shoot myself. Although I was thinking about it. I bet Kurt was having a really bad poo experience on that day.

Sounds like chrones or however you spell it disease. Had a buddy who had it and whenever he took a shit everyone knew he'd be gone for at least thirty minutes. Just awful pain trying to take a shit.
