I thought Gunn's Suicide Squad was great. Margot Robbie dragged it down if anything. The characters Gunn "made" (Peacemaker, Ratcatcher, Polka-dot Man) were all kino. The Peacemaker show is kino made me a John Cena fan and I used to hate him for being Vince McMahon's buttbabyface.

it was alright. I enjoyed it at first but it was too short and the ending felt rushed. felt like it needed more episodes and was just some small thing Gunn did on the side.

Reminder.
ONLY 3rd worlders or 3rd worlders who've invaded a white western country think the Snyderverse is good.
Superman isn't an edgelord nor a badass anime character you brown and/or yellow skinned retards.

Superman will flop or underperform. You paid shills won't change that that outcome. You all can feel the vide shift as the date gets closer and that is why you are panicking.

It will track less the closer we get to the date plus F1 and Jurassic World, Fantasic Four leaching off its audience it will probably go down even more.

Jurassic world actually looks to be underperforming right now though. F1 would've been a bigger threat if it released closer but it'll be 2 weeks old by the time Superman is out. F4 cutting off its legs is the biggest issue

No it's not tranny
Gunnfags were posting fake polling so much that the trades stepped in and pointed out that actual trackers show it much lower

Also even if it makes $850M that's still less than MoS adjusted for inflation

Lmao, you didn't even read the article you posted.
NRG is the tracking outlet that Deadline actually uses, which has it at 125-145. The 90M-125M was from WB, so that when the movie exceeds 125M, they can tout that they beat their tracking.

MoS also made less than half of what Superman 1978 made adjusted for inflation. it also didn't disappoint in total it's only looked at as a disappointment because of how bad its legs/2nd weekend dropoff since people didn't like it after a good opening weekend. it still made enough to get a sequel

MoS was also during the peak capeshit craze before the genre got oversaturated, when shit like Aquaman was popping a billy and Suicide Squad made 750m which would never happen today so it's also not a good comparison to either Returns or current Superman.

none of them are good comparisons because they all came out in completely different environments. Man of Steel for example came out before the DC brand got totally tainted and was still held in esteem due to Nolan's trilogy which was also plastered all over its marketing. It also was in the perfect sweet spot for chink box office because it was after China opened up and started buying tickets to hollywood slop but before they started making and then seeing their own movies

MoS came the year after The Avengers, capeshit was definitely in a great place at the time and everyone was excited to see a DC universe to complement the Marvel one before the DC brand was tainted.
>Except for the fact that DC was only Batman, nobody gave a shit about Superman, especially after the flop that was SR.
lmao how young are you? the movie was completely advertised as "LIKE THE DARK KNIGHT BUT SUPERMAN", the name, the aesthetic, Nolan being advertised as executive producer. It was 100% capitalizing on the goodwill earned from TDK trilogy.

they were pandering to the TDK crowd, but those people cared about Batman first and Nolan second. those movies were seen by a ton of people who do not care about Nolan. I remember the normalfags in my high school being more exited for Iron Man 3 than Man of Steel because everybody thought of superman as a lame character. This whole resurgence of trying to make Superman campy is just backlashed to Snyder rather than some intrinsic yearning for a campy superman.
