It's a Tom Hardy show for sure, reminds me of Taboo a little bit. It's pretty stupid though if you think about it. All the characters are just running around like cowboys with automatic weapons which is a joke. The cops act like it's so hard to catch these idiots when they are committing major crimes willy nilly the whole time in the most surveilled city in the world. Tom Hardy just goes to Belgium and starts running around with an uzi on a stolen bike. It's like c'mon man.
