I don’t think so. They have over the top acting, overly choreographed suspense scenes, characters doing dumb things, and rushed endings.
Watching Psycho and the shower scene is so laughable today with the over the top screaming, music, and ridiculous “stabbing”. Then when Norman appears dressed as his mother at the end, me and my friends all laughed
I think Hitchcock films should be appreciated for what they did in moving filmmaking forward at the time but they don’t hold up for modern viewers. Thoughts?

I've watched 25 Hitchcock films in the past year and to me he holds up incredibly well.

Vertigo is a timeless masterpiece. At least a dozen other 8.5+ kinos. Put your dunce hat on.

I just watched Hitchcock films last month for the first time
The Man Who Knew Too Much, The 39 Steps, Rebecca, Shadow of a Doubt, Lifeboat, Notorious, Rope, Strangers on a Train, Dial M for Murder, Rear Window, Vertigo, North by Northwest, Psycho and The Birds
I enjoyed most of them
Definitely worth watching at least some of them
Also Psycho has good acting but I mostly watch 30s to 60s films so there might be a difference in expectations

They hold up well generally, some better than others.
