>I was out for the blood of the guy who had a mental breakdown in the middle of a high stress combat situation I caused that was hopeless to begin with. I never regretted it, by the way. But killing the cartoonishly evil men I just heard declare their intent to kill me and this innocent baby for cash? That crosses a line.

>Ok Gi Hun, no killing that guy until you press the button, got it?
>Got it.
>Kills that guy
>Oh no the button!
He was always weirdly low IQ for a tiny asian, it's fitting that he met his end that way.

>Humans are...
the point of s2 and s3 is that humans are messy; evil scum but also kind and remarkable at the same time, the same individuals who are good and moral in one instance can turn into a monster if the right circumstance calls for it, and gi-hun was no exception, he was part of the same beast he fought against

I don't know why they don't realize how much audiences hate characters like this, sour puss miserable hyper moral. Basically Nicholas Cage when he's the good guy in face off. Nobody wants to see the "hero" moping for the entire time.

>I REFUSE TO FIGHT BECAUSE I AM HONORABLE AND PRINCIPLED, I will put on my BEST constipated face to show this
>There's a timer ticking down leading to a mutual loss? Don't care.
>What? Someone here is trying to actually take action? How dare they! I better make the situation worse and ensure that more people die than would otherwise

He is dumb as shit, he desperately wants to be better and good, but there's too much shit going on. He ultimately does what he thinks is right. And that's it. If nothing else, it works to end the games in Korea. I don't know why people here think the show is trying to paint him as a flawless hero. He's a degenerate gambler and a NEET loser. He wants the games to end by any means, even if it costs the lives of innocent people who are on HIS side.

Gi-Hun literally murdered a guy for no good reason. Not for money or survival, simply because he needed a scapegoat for the disaster he caused.

Should have ended at season 1. The past two seasons (which are really both halves of the same thing) were dogshit nonsense.

>dyes hair at the end of Season 1 to show off his new "killer" mentality and that he will stop at nothing to stop the games
>nah actually here's a soft reboot where Gi-hun still acts like a little bitch despite the many life changing experiences he underwent
