My issue with this movie is there’s absolutely nothing that suggests it isn’t another forgettable phase 4/5 MCU movie. Gunn got rid of Cavill and it’s like alright fine whatever but Cavill was really good and you need to prove this is the right choice by making an unequivocally better movie than Man of Steel. Which shouldn’t be that hard because it was trash and has a 50% on RT right? I keep hearing from superfags that MoS got it all wrong. Superman sucks, Pa Kent sucks, it’s all dull and there’s a much better movie to be made. Except the new movie looks like Thor: Love and Thunder all over again.
