I had listened for over ten years since 2005, and with all the scrubbed episodes and deception regarding Mike and the show, I’m coming to realize I’m one of the few people who actually knows just about the full story of what happened with The Red Bar Comedy Club, the nature of Kyle Lane’s rightful lawsuit against Mike, Mike’s pattern of slandering and belittling everyone around him, his crimes and drug use, and the show as a tool for Mike to quickly manipulate an environment where his lies become true and he can raise an army, not to mention the direct manipulation and abuse Mike performs on the fans in almost every waking second of the show. And don’t come at me with this ‘you’re Tom Segura (or whoever)’ or ‘i started listening in the last six months and it’s funny as fuck’ bullshit, you don’t know the story, so I’m going to put something together and tell it to you

It was a fairly huge podcast for comedians, pre-schizo TJ Miller and Hannibal Burgess were regulars, and they actually did open The Red Bar Comedy Club in Chicago back in 2009 or so, which was very successful but collapsed within two years because Mike extensively slandered all the partners and employees on the show by name just ‘as a joke’ because he’s a maniac, and then they saw he had been heavily using the shared business account as his personal wallet including to buy coke with. Then he disappeared in shake and came back a year later with a manipulative ‘tell-all’ episode where he lies and says they betrayed him out of jealousy. A couple years later he gets court ordered to stop harassing these people, and that’s why there’s an entire four or so years missing from the archive, due to several hush and restraining orders regarding the fact he spent years of his podcast and hours of each show on coke screaming at their accountant over the phone that she’s a fat ugly incompetent butch, while he’s presently robbing the accounts she’s overseeing, and coming home at 5am wasted to do 4 hours of radio calling his main business partner a poor weakling small-dick trailer trash cuck loser sexual invalid for… not wanting to double team a Russian whore with him a few hours earlier.
