I don't care but my older brother used to count the stuntmen at the end credits and the more there were the better he liked the movie he just saw. He's on the spectrum.

You can tell he did this multiple times because the way he jumps off 0:23 and the way he jumps off in the repeat immediately afterwads is different.

thats actually pretty dope. I plan on rewatching zorro soon.

recently I was pretty impressed with the opening sequence from james bond moonscraper where they jump out of a plane to fight. nowdays something like that would be all CGI

There's no way in hell that works IRL. He would just slide faster and faster until losing control.

Why did he need to do all that just to punch a guy?

This is pretty good. Also the chase in the storm drain where Arnie picks John off the bike just as it's crushed under the truck wheels.

Both stunts are good because they're just part of the action. They're not "ooh look here comes a stunt . . . here it is! . . . there, wasn't that good" which you sometimes get.

It seems exceptional now because barely any stunts are real anymore. At the time it was more less how it was done, so even great stunt work got taken for granted.
Looking back now, even the small stuff that's just "part of the action" looks amazing because you know it's real shit.

NO, you can't do that. I can't make it any clearer. Jackie was most likely being slowed down by an invisible wire in that scene.

did it make a difference if the number of stuntmen was even or odd or a multiple of 2, 3 or 5? asking for a friend haha
