Gray Man has Anna de Armas as a special agent thats in the field doing martial arts against big tough guys. In every scene she fights, she gets completely fucking obliterated by the guy she's fighting (it's either the main villain or his main thug who are super duper amazing fighters who also beat up gosling's top agent character). Pretty realistic, only thing unrealistic is her face and body not getting completely mangled after multiple brutal fights.

Another movie where the female fighter is inferior to larger enemies is actually Beckinsale's Underworld, where she mostly runs away from the giant werewolves or shoots them while running away, she's actually pretty fragile and scared in that first movie

Haywire with Gina Carano and Fassbender. Has a complete kino cast too, but it's kind of shitty movie. In it she has to use all kinds of object, take advantage of her body weight, elbows and go for weak points like groin. Unfortunately, that's the only thing the movie has going for it.
