Pretty much Cartoon Network's entire run up to the OG Ben 10 was lightning in a bottle.
Fuck, I miss being a kid when there always seemed to be something cool and new to look forward to.

I would be surprised if you can find one more than this. UPA style, heavily based off teenage drama specific to that time, and kind of banking off the early anime popularity at the time.
