Bring her kwab is a subtle homage to the summer of '92 that symbolizes how she will be wrestling with dark forces out of her control

loved it. I loved the weird creepy russian video she downloaded off limewire. Or would of liked the lore on how she came across the video and who gave it to her.

it was decent, I liked how they were bold enough to kill one of the main characters. the asian cutie was also great.

there wasnt a focus? The writers just needed that disabled character to be somewhere else in the care of other people for the time being. What other place could it have been?

Jokes aside, you are correct. Following the movie, I went home and I just looked up youtube videos of games of that sport. It's very interesting and kind of eerie because the crowd isn't allowed to make any noise so the blinds can hear the ball moving and the subtle of the other players.

Honestly disappointing after Talk to Me. Something about it doesn't quite come together, I think it relied too much on the body horror with the kid. The creepy kid thing, only goes so far in horror. They really lean on the kid to carry all the spooky.

Checked and agreed. TTM felt rushed/half-baked. This one sort of took a weird turn at the end but over all was solid

+ strong cast
+ sets and production
+ i like the style of the directors

- pacing and could have been shorter
- generic and predictable story
- it kinda lacked focus. like >>212307058 they rely heavy on the kid for shock and atmosphere but we dont really learn a lot about him to really care and there is not enough of him to carry the movie

The backstory/story device of the videotape and the commentary on the inevitable end of BPD vvitchy bitches was absolute kino. I could see the videotape itself becoming the lynchpin of a franchise

Talk To Me was great, loved the ending, but it did feel at times a lot of DEI casting ruined the mood, because I just couldn't relate to that group of friends being a thing.

also the hand itself needed a deeper background story, and not kids joking around about it

>How would that even work?

what do you mean?
it's a pretty clear foster care abuse movie with bits of her looking at vhs for demonic tutorial.

Remove vhs bits, remove salt circle, keep the girl in the freezer and MAYBE keep the boy wanting to eat her and the movie is good

disagree.
knowing where the hand came from originally will just ruin mystery and probably be lame as fuck. the in movie lore sounds fine enough. like a saints hand or something they said

Agreed and glad someone else is hanging on the videotape. Its one of my favorite parts of the entire movie. Really tickles me the right way.
