What are your biggest pet peeves in movies and TV shows?

For me it's lack of point defenses in any sci-fi movie or show. I can forgive sound in space because it just makes the experience more enjoyable, but after watching the Expanse i just cannot unsee how fucking retarded it is that spaceships have no point defenses.

Yeah, the Expanse is great at that aspect. Babylon 5 had interceptors, but then was still guilty of ship battles being really close together and slow. Plus more fought with lasers rather than missiles
