I genuinly dont understand what everyone sees in these movies?
Ive seen all of them and i like Star Wars but theres really nothing special about it and why some people insisnt these are some of the greatest films of all time?
The OT is just a standard Action Adventure movie thats hard carried by its special effects and while its not bad at all i dont understand why people love it so much since theres nothing really al that special about it
The prequels show this the best the effects like CGI and the greenscreen technology was revolutuionary and now evey major blockbuster uses this technology but the prequels themself look horrible
Seing real actors talk to whats clearly a cgi person and walking down whats clearly a greenscreen aisle is just laughable
So is there something here that im not seing?
Are these really the best movies ever made and im just to stupid to get it?

Star wars isnt a real movie its just a product designed to be consoomed and sell toys and nothing shows this better than the existence of the special editon
Real art is timeless it doesnt need to be changed or altered for modern consoomers
The fact that Lucas decided to change the entire OT years after the fact and add shitty cgi and rework all the characters a bit to make it more palpable to the modern audience shows that this films arent supposed to be taken serioulsy and are just products to be consoomed and nothing more

There were 3 tv channels in 1977 that you needed to tune an antenna in to get the broadcast. What the fuck are you gonna do? Read a book? Go see the space wizard movie.
