It's a dumb B movie that you put on Monitor B whilst you're doing something on monitor A.
It takes itself a bit too seriously and doesn't really appreciate how dumb of a concept this all is.

Them trying to get across Eastern Europe and having nobody recognize them and getting into wacky bullshit would have been a way better plot than just going through a series of generic action movie gun battles.
