Go watch Elio now. Yes I get it, maybe it's not Pixar's best, maybe it's not that good bla bla bla. But you have to think of the consequences of not watching it. Pixar is one of the few animated movie makers left. Do you really want them to go under and close just so you can make a statement? Do you really think the industry would be better without Pixar?

I saw it the other day and liked it. But I think I like it less now after learning Elio was supposed to be gay. That would have made him being a social outcast and the alienation themes make way more sense. They should have kept it in, I feel like I got jipped out of a better version of the film because of Disney's meddling
