For instance, you are shown Lucy isn’t going on missions anymore because she’s deep-diving whenever David isn’t around. In the game everyone just tells you directly what’s happening. The closest edgerunners comes to actually “telling” are the bits about how adam smasher is an obsolete relic and arasaka is building a replacement.
