I watched that documentary today. Given that there had been numerous fires on that ship before, I got the impression that the crew was really incompetent. Also way to go to take out 5 backup power generators by letting the fire from the first burning generator burn through all of the electric cables.

The poop ship was cleaned up for hundreds of millions of dollars and is still cruising today under a different name.
