I’ve only been to WDW. Haven’t been there since I was 13. I do remember when we went we almost didn’t go to Epcot because my cousin threw a tantrum thinking it was a big museum or some shit
But yeah, it was fun. I think the one I had the most fun at was Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios

Disneyworld is surrounded by Florida swamps
Sure Disneyworld is better as an amusement park, but I'd rather spend a week in LA with a day at Disneyland than a week at the various theme parks that make up Orlando.

Disney should do more Fox stuff at the parks. Imagine:
>Avatar 4D short film
>Nostromo dark ride
>Blue Sky themed mini museum starting with the Ice Age and going into a robotic future.
>McCallister house game where you control the traps.
>Mulder and Scully as meetable characters
>Paddy's Pub as one of the restaurants

...Fuck it, at this point just do a FoxLand. There's a lot they could do with that.

I've never been to Disneyland but the whole 4 theme parks thing doesn't hold anymore. Disneyland ended up getting duplicates of any of the rides worth giving a damn (Star Wars, Mickey's Railroad, soon Avatar) and in terms of the Magic Kingdom rides, Disneyland has the superior versions.

The only unique rides Disney World has going for it now is Everest and Guardians. Epcot was left to rot after Covid, Hollywood Studios and Disney California Adventure are more or less equivalent, and Animal Kingdom is still a glorified zoo that still isn't a full-day park.

Unironically the World Showcase is the perfect opportunity to throw IP shit in. That area is in desperate need of more rides (the 2 hour wait times for Frozen and Ratatouille despite both being incredibly average is proof enough). Throw Mulan in China, Big Hero 6 in Japan, Coco in Mexico, whatever. At least thematically it makes more sense than Encanto in Animal Kingdom.

I cannot imagine how impoverished you must be for fucking Disneyland to be your image of what vacations rich people take their kids on.
It is unfathomably simple to make good money in the US. You should be ashamed.

This year we're going to Disney World, and I know a lot of people are down on Disney World, and a lot of the decisions they've made lately have made me pretty sad, but I haven't been since I was 7 and I'm 29 now so I'm pretty excited to go.

probably because this would have aged like shit. everything in the concept image is already outdated. disney emojis? ralph breaks the internet aesthetic? this would have just been disney quest all over again.

you can't make a dedicated gaming-themed area if you aren't going to commit to constantly upgrading the tech. nobody wants to go on vacation and play essentially wii games.

Disneyland is better because it’s smaller (in a good way), there is less travel. Less walking. O bus rides. You stay at the Disneyland hotel and have access to both parks. Disney world is for the more hardcore enthusiasts who are ready to power walk from ride to ride/land to land. Disneyland is more casual and relaxing.
