there's also another manga with another character, but people didn't like that much

The entire "purgatory" they were in was distractingly nonsensical and ruined the entire show.

Netflix is making a season 3 for later this year. Season 2 ended with a Netflix original sequel bait that implies the games weren't over even though it kind of contradicts the ending themes but also money

I didn't even know there was a second season. Thought they cancelled it.
