This is one of the lowest rated movies of all time on IMDB at 3.8 stars. For comparison, The Room has 3.6 Manos: The Hands Of Fate has 1.7. Why? It's pure campy fun, the definition of a good time.

The Lost Boys, like Batman Forever, is a real film, that's why

Batman & Robin is lazy, self-indulgent, and makes no effort to craft a functioing story or characters you care about. It's high on its own Hollywood smugness without giving the audience anything of substance and it's a turn off.

This movie was amazing

IMDB had a window of time in which it was insanely popular. It was so popular that it skewed their ratings system. That's why Shawshank and Inception score so high. Other movies were fun to dunk on, like batman and robin. The ratings system will never unfuck itself.
