Biggest gripe is they try to give jessie an emo arc but drop it as soon as he meets the ugly spic and then just turns back into normal jessie.
Walt was supposed to slowly get more "evil" but he gilligan wimps out on killing jane and nothing really happens in s3 for him. Tons of time is wasted on minerals and skyler though

I remember when season 5 was airing and they said they didn't have any plan for what they were going to do with it, and the time it annoyed me, but in hindsight I think it's fine so long as the result is good. Maybe not a good practice in general, but I don't think it's the kind of thing worth getting upset over as an audience member if it all worked out anyway.
