Depends on the establishment. There wasn't rampant drug use at the joint I worked at, asides from a funny female colleague microdosing LSD all week without me noticing anything beyond heightened cheerfulness. Other places around us had a lot of ket abuse, coke... and weed was so common place it wasn't even much of a subject of conversation.
Hell I scored (shitty, old, over priced) shrooms off of a connect through one of the front of house girls.
