The woman it was based on says she didn't experience any racism and all the white male scientists and engineers treated her very well. The only experience of note was that they didn't have a women's restroom at the beginning of her employment, but one was constructed for her.

Was JAWS an accurate depiction of shark hunting ? Hollywood is not known for accuracy either to the laws of physics or history. Even though hollywood has long made changes to reality for the sake of box office this movie is in a special category since its changes were motivated by anti-American racism. The scenes about the segregation of the NASA facility these women worked at is a complete lie motivated by woke racism. The idea that the contribution of calculator women was critical to the space program is another lie. The attitude of the woke subversives is that altering history for the sake of anti-European racist propaganda is a virtuous activity.
