The Friends characters, obviously. Ross has obvious serial killer tendencies, and Chandler is nothing but misplaced rage looking for a lightning rod. Joey is fit but stupid, so he's medium useful. Phoebe would immediately use a nail file to sever Elaine's femoral artery and cackle about it. Jerry just stands there and George is in the fetal position. Kramer puts up a decent fight, but the numbers aren't with him and he gets curb stomped by Monica. Rachel is masturbating the whole time.

I feel like the Seinfeld cast would be more willing to take a life. Kramer probably wouldn't under normal circumstances, but to save his friends life and his own I imagine he would go all in. The big problem is the numbers, and there aren't exactly a lot of female Seinfeld characters to help even it out. Adding one of the males, even just Jerry or George's Dads would make it imbalanced.

ross and monica's parents are extremely rich jews and their father jack was in the military and currently works with the military in some kind of job that requires him to lie about it and pretend he's a lawyer instead, i.e. he's likely an arms dealer. ross would have realistic access to the military-industrial complex, explosives, heavy weaponry, and possibly intelligence via his father, though obviously not direct control over any bombs himself.
