Biggest plot hole in the show. Omar even looks over from from above in a window when he's standing in that courtyard wide open. They could have legit just paid some homeless Army vet $200 to snipe him from a roof when he was out there. As soon as you're forced to work for someone like Marlo, you get out of town fast. Go do anything else anywhere else. Bodie's chances of survival were maybe 50/50 under Avon, but they were maybe 5% under Marlo. He thought his only choices were to die on his feet or live on his knees. But living on his knees wasn't on option either. He should have just left town until Marlo met his end. Omar did this twice when things got too crazy.
