Jerry Seinfeld owns a janitorial company, and Mel Gibson is the supervisor. One day, he sends one of his subordinates to a indoor basketball court where he discovers MJ slacking and dribbiling a basketball.

Jerry Seinfeld fires them after his customer calls and complains about the damage.
Mel so impressed, uses his manager skills and becomes MJ's manager that takes him out of the struggling hood life into the NBA.
Seinfeld being the two's arch nemesis for firing them, at the end of the movie sees MJ become a star and spits out his coffee in his office on the floor. He is furiouse. With rage, the man who took Mel Gibsons place is told to clean up the mess. And that man that is now manager is none other than Rob Schneider.
