I could understand wanting adaptations for some of those self-contained stories if we still lived in a world where the IP would end up in a writer's room that doesn't actively dislike the IP they are writing for, but I don't understand why you would want an adaptation of something as expansive as 40k or lore heavy as Elden Ring.
