Civil War was about exactly that. The vigilantes won and continue to do whatever the fuck they want.

He didn't "pull" a hummer backwards. He wrapped the sinch line around his Vibranium arm and then smashed it into the stone road to create a static object. So it was entirely the vibranium arm and his strength to brace against it that caused what you see.

Also, rule of cool.

This happened in Civil War. Also in OP's webm it's against bad guys so it's all okay.

You're retarded and don't know physics
The fucking road would start crumbling until the arm was freed before a fucking hummer would be flipped

the scene was completely unscripted. the actor who plays bucky o'hare thought it would fit with his character. originally he just wanted to stop the car, but then it stopped so suddenly that it flipped up like you can see.
the director liked it so much he keoed

Bucky's demonstrated in the fight against German Special Forces that he can fall like 6 stories and use his arm to catch a grip and stop his fall. He screams during it so it is definitely painful but he can do it.

He can probably lift the fucking humvee honestly. So it wouldn't not make sense for him to be able to keep downward force (which is probably equivalent to a ton) and let his vibranium arm embedded in the asphalt to do the work. Not to mention it is wrapped around his arm multiple times. If you've done any work with Pulleys in Physics you'll know that halves the Force (each time).

Sorry I was wrong. Each time it wraps around the Vibranium arm it transfers the localized force across a much larger area creating somewhat of an equidistant implosion which Vibranium is very excellent at (most metals are) compressive strength. Plus it increases the friction considerably

He punches through the asphalt, which is strong enough for the weights of trucks and humvees, so his force is considerable. He put his entire weight into that punch and has his boot and knee+tip of other boot for the horizontal friction.
