Thunderbolts is a better movie, but Brave New World killed the dwindling bit of goodwill that people had left for Marvel. It will probably do better on streaming with good word of mouth.

The MCU is DEI wokeslop. The franchise is dead and Kevin Feige killed it

I did. Sadly. Had to watch Cap4 in three parts, because I could never motivate myself to finish it.
Thunderbolts has it's pacing all over the place and the interactions all feel so forced.

Makes sense. Captain America is familiar to the masses, they remember those movies being good. They look at the poster and they see the title and the shield and a Hulk hand, those are things that tickle a nice spot in the memory palace. No Steve but Sam was an okay sidekick, maybe it'll be fine? It's enough for people to give it a chance.
Then they look at the Thunderbolts poster and it's a bunch of literal whos from movies and shows that people either didn't see or don't remember. Except for Bucky, but all the marketing put Pugh front and center so you might not notice him.

Obviously Brave New World was the nail in the coffin for the capeslop fans who were still in denial of how dogshit Marvel had become, and they aren't coming back for a movie about a bunch of literal who's.
