Just finished season 1, it was pretty good and I liked some of the characters but in essentially 10 hours they answered zero questions and every episode basically just introduced a new one.
I saw this was made by the Lost creators, I’m not gonna get burned again am I? It has a real conclusion and real satisfying answers?
You won't get any answer ever, the monsters are made to fill whatever horror tropes the creator needs and to create drama. They may attack or not attack, doesn't matter.
Best think of it as an episodic human drama show where they are stuck in a monster settings. The monsters are the bait to keep you watching but there will never be an answer.
Everyone who watches this show thinks they can survive better than the main characters. It's kind of funny.

Its incredibly fun to talk about with someone else who watched it because you get to complain about like thirty different plotlines and threads they keep abandoning over and over. Theres so much stupid stuff happening in the show. Its incredible. Its i think the only thing ive watched because its so bad its good.
