Realistically he would be completely fucked forever. Being in an endless loop would create a sort of complacency and comfort because you know meticulously how everything is gonna go; so finally getting to the next day would be terrifying because you know nothing and its all chaos; so you'd probably have a mental breakdown after a few days. I believe the sopranos is a loop with similar hell undertones. viewers basically forced to watch the spiral of tonys life alongside him, both unable to change anything.
