I still have time. 31 is young. I haven't reached my prime yet

I will work out and start my true life

Jones is already a tenured professor and established archeologist by the time of Raiders and you don't have the nepotistic ties that Henry Jr. had.

Quit all video games cold turkey.
Sell them all. Sell your Switch 2. Sell your PS5. If you have a PC uninstall every game. Delete steam. Only use it for basic necessities. Don’t feel guilty because you wasted $70 on a new game last week. Don’t feel guilty that you blew $600 on switch 2 last month. Or that you’re gonna miss out on the new Donkey Kong game. Just sell it all and never look back. Take up a new hobby. Buy a mountain bike. Join Jitsu. Buy a kayak. Take up hiking. Get a gym membership. Your old weekend routine looked like this
>Wake up
>4chan
>Social media
>Games
>Social media
>Jerk off
>Alcohol
>Weed
>Movies
>Sleep
And you feel miserable and you feel like your life is slipping away.
Your new weekend routine looks like this
>Wake up
>Fasted cardio whether that’s Mountain Biking, OR Kayaking, OR hiking, or Martial arts, OR gym
>Home
>Eat
>Right back outside to do another activity, Mountain biking, OR kayaking, OR gym, OR martial arts, OR hiking
Yes your life will feel more filling. Yes you’ll feel better, look better, and as a result will become a happier person. Yes you’ll meet people doing these hobbies. Yes it won’t feel like you’re wasting your life. Yes people will respect you for getting outside and doing something. But stop procrastinating. Do it now. Start right now. No more excuses. No more “one last night” it starts now

>Workout at your local gym, get ice cream after.
>Go to a mostly empty bike shop at 4pm and buy a mountain bike, buy 2
>Do a 5 hour jiu jitsu class. Challenge the black belts. Tip your instructor.
>Kayak slowly to somewhere you’ve never been.
>Go on a hike, meet new friends. Check in on yourself.

I'm 25 right now, and have a bachelor's in Accounting.
is it too late for me to go back to school for history/archeology? history was the only subject I was good in.
or should I just let that dream go.

Ridley Scott and Ang Lee didn’t get their start until they were in their early-40s. Hell, Colonel Sanders didn’t sell his original recipe until he was in his 60s. That dude was working at gas stations and shit, and now he’s the face of chicken.

>31
I feel the same way. Never feel like I could do what I wanted with my life. Like I wasted my 20's.

But now I'm 31 and have a job/money. Now, instead of having to get a project off the ground using scraps and hoping to get people to work/help for free, I can just pay them. It's so much easier to get projects off the ground now.

I started teaching myself 2D game design last year at 30 years old, and thought I was wasting my time (though enjoying it) but I realized I just pay someone to make the assets I can't. Hell, for $10k, I could finance a really solid demo build of a couple of levels with original art and music. I can make something now that would never have been possible in my 20's.

Getting older sucks, and there's always regrets, but if you're running your life well, then by 30 you should have resources you didn't before. It should be exciting. Like treating projects like a video game for example, when you start something in your 20's, you're starting at level 1 every time. But starting something in your 30's with disposable income and an adult worth ethic and you're now always starting at level 30. Enjoy it.
