As an alcoholic I often have to piss during films but I try to time it at points that I believe the story is taking a breather. That or I don’t drink any liquids for a few hours before going. The shitting thing you might want to see a doctor about.

don't be some normie that pays 10$ for a soda in the theatre. Last time I did that though, I had to hold in my piss for 1.5 hours during Oppenheimer and just gave up 5 minutes before the ending because the movie was shit and my bladder was about to burst
