I watched the first episode of this because it was shilled here so much
Not only did nothing happen, but I had to double check that I didn't accidentally start at the wrong season because in the pilot they talk about how the quest is already over. I then thought that this is one of these shows where the first scene is set in the future, but then it flashes back and you see the quest. nope.
Does anything happen in later episodes?

Yeah that’s why its called "Beyond Journey’s End", the hook is that she’s an immortal elf who’s already gone on the quest to save the world but her companions have grown old and died while she’s stayed youthful but alienated from the world

All the exciting stuff happened already this is essentially an jrpg after the credits role.

Kinda? But if you didn't like it there's no need to force yourself to watch the rest like I did.

You sound resentful over watching something due to peer pressure on 4chan.
