They actually made it the law in my area that positive consent has to be verbally given. So like, if the woman grinds on you in your room and like pulls you behind her and takes off her pants, you still have to say "Do you want to have sex?" and she has to say "Yes." If she just laughs and says something unclear like "What a stupid question.", you are officially raping.

idk if u agree me or not but my point is that the whole "rape is legal in marriage" is a bit of an unfair law because of the physical differences between man and woman. a man can more easily coerce a woman into sex with mere physical presence and unspoken violent implication, and there is going to be a lot of plausible deniability to it. meanwhile rape is pretty difficult for a woman and usually requires some sort of drugging, restraining or brandishing of weaponry. so really if rape is legal in a marriage then i think women should be allowed to use a glock for the express purpose of extracting sex from a man for equality

in all honesty giving verbal consent seems to be a real buzzkill for women so i think these laws are pretty impractical. like honestly if you touch your woman and she starts touching you back then what the fuck is verbal consent supposed to accomplish at that point? even if she says "yes i want to have the sex" then they could argue that they didn't after the fact. so its all completely pointless
