I liked. Not the best thing in the world, but a nice start for DCU.
>>212582272 (OP)How did gunn do it? Superman fighting Israel, I mean
I dont mind superman being an emotional dude, but the part where he got mad at #supershit is manchild territory.
Not alot of clark kent sadly
>>212582337(cont) the interview scene is atill the best scene in the show despite it.
I'm not a fan of the narration at the start of the movie. The 3 years ago, 3 months ago shit
>>212582272 (OP)Are you blind? There are already tons of threads already. Why make a new one?
>>212582337>Not alot of clark kent sadlyGood. Clark Kent is fucking boring
>>212582367Rajesh is only paying me per thread saar
>>212582337>but the part where he got mad at #supershit is manchild territoryClark is a millennial, born in the early 90s. I think his little outburst makes him more relatable to the general audience.
>>212582272 (OP)Mid. Not good. Not bad. Just meh.
Seeing it tomorrow. Does 'Starman' play in the film?
>>212582467Well, that sucks major ass ;_;
>>212582272 (OP)who was the chick in the red dress. There was lots of focus on her
>>212582603>Cat GrantNot this one. The meta human that was snitching on superman and the other alien.
>>212582272 (OP)David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult and Skyler Gisondo are relentlessly handsome.
>>212582316He fought for Palestine you mong
>>212582337He has a secret poop fetish
>>212582367The box office isn't looking that great and the movie needs a boost.
I thought it was pretty bad. Surprised at the somewhat positive response here.
>>212582272 (OP)I'm going to watch it tonight at the kinoplex. Keep the thread up for me until then and I'll write my review. Thanks, chief.
6.5/10 good Superman and Lex, too many shitty repeated jokes and bland action scenes that wonโt age well
Decent film less serious than recent capshit and dc specifically , alot going on for non comic or Dc fans which means stuff is just happening as the plot is sort of all over the place and characters are thrown at you with the assumption you'll know , super man comes across as a bit to vulnerable for my liking but the actors portrayal is fine he fits the superman look
A solid 7/10 , man of steel is the easier to watch for general pop this is more a comic book fan film
>>212582272 (OP)Was a lot of fun. Legit felt like a 2000s era Superman comic. Really reminded me of Up, Up, And Away by Johns and Busiek in terms of tone and scope.
>>212583804James Gunn's highest previews and tracking for $130-$150 million domestic opening weekend. Considering how dire Capeshit movies have been for awhile it's doing great
