Gunn said 3 days ago we won't have an origin story for Batman in DCU because everyone knows it. He said Batman, Superman and Spider-Man should never have their origin story be shown on screen ever again, at max only said through some lines in dialogue, but nit be the focus. The Batman also starts with no origin story.

Hollywood studios have been so shit for comicbooks. They exploit them, milking the easy franchises until death. Studios do not understand nor care about comicbooks really. They dont even seem to care about good movies lately either. All they see are blockbuster vehicules and thats it. Capeshit. Slop. More slop. Again and again and again.

Superman already clearly underperformed, domestic is average, international market is a disaster.
Supergirl can only bomb and the tv laterns is DOA.
Only clayface can maybe turn a good profit due to small scope/budget.

The new DCEU will not survive this year, is already over.
