>>212584209 (OP)Why do pajeets worship this mediocre fag so much? Because he directed capeslop films?
>>212584209 (OP)that trinity explosion was seriously pathetic kek
there isn't a single cgi studio worth using right now, everything made in the past decade looks awful
good for him
>>212584264Brazilians love him, too.
>>212584264I know reddit midwit types irl who clown on him constantly but still watch everything he puts out. They can't shut the fuck up about him
>>212584209 (OP)Everything should be filmed using practical effects
And then โfixedโ up using cgi later.
A) cheaper
B) cuts back on excessive camera movements and wonky physics found in cgi heavy movies
>>212584389The entire world loves him. He is second only to Cameron in delivering hits.
Midwit /tv/ faggots seethe because he proves one can deliver thoughtful cinema while still satisfying the masses. Midwits here think they're special for watching Tarkovsky or Godard and Nolan's existence throws a wrench into that idea.
>>212584361Exactly. Nolan's approach has flaws but it's miles better than the CGI slop we are inundated with and when does use CGI it's amazing.
>>212584209 (OP)Emperor's New Clothes situation when people praised his nuke scene which is just gasoline explosion in slow motion
>>212584436He's literally the third world brainlets Idea of an intelligent director.
>>212584419He's the number 1 director on r/movies thougheverbeit
>>212584361>>212584493The Trinity test in Oppenheimer was fucking lame and wouldโve greatly benefited from CGI.
>>212584563Lol, his films are extremely popular in Europe and USA. Critics from all over the world praise him and so do other filmmakers like Scorsese, Herzog, Wim Wenders, Spielberg, etc... He is one of the most studies filmmakers in U.K along with Hitchcock. You're literally in the midwit vocal minority on this topic.
>>212584264His slop is at the upper end for intellectual films for third worlders and dumb people in general. They actually think his slop is cerebral and highbrow.
>>212584436Exactly. Just some worthless fags who measure their intellect with films they watch who hate on him. Probably think they're intellectuals because they like French new wave shit or some slow boring Russian slop.
>>212584209 (OP)Why did he turn the greeks black?
>>212584209 (OP)Yeah we should definitely have more Ridley slop like Napoleon where you can't fucking see anything
>>212584678>le slowed down gasoline explosion scaled up in after effectsWow, so impressive, definitely looks nuclear
>>212584847Better than CGI slop you want and love.
>>212584678You can watch better explosions in Ukraine than this literal dumpster fire.
>>212584864Lynch's depiction looks way better than Nolan's shit, retard
>>212584868You can link me to one if you're so confident.
>>212584264/tv/ offering criticism without bringing up Indians challenge
>>212584880Lmao, a Lynchfag. What are the odds. It gets overrated due to the music and looks like glowing mushroom stick.
>>212584678Many of the observers irl reported the blast to be initially purple in color and then brightened to extremely blinding white. This clip looks like a gas station blew up.
>>212584264indians no longer like him after he made mockery of Bhagavad Gita in Oppenheimer
what's the MOAB of modern times? no way the world just said "yea lets stop here"
I shared an Uber Pool with Chris Nolan once. I jumped in and he was sitting in the middle seat by himself, at first I thought he was gonna shuffle over, but he just refused to move. He spread his legs out so that both knees were point directly at opposite windows, like seriously taking up an obnoxious amount of space. I wasn't fully sure it was him at first but he looked literally exactly like Christopher Nolan. The two of us sat in silence for about a minute or two with me just periodically glancing at him trying to work out if it was actually Nolan or not. He was definitely aware I was looking at him, but he never once did anything other than look dead ahead, straight out the windscreen. I eventually caved and said "are you Christopher Nolan?". He just smirked, again for a really obnoxious amount of time, and then said "never heard of him". At this point it was very obvious to me that this was in fact very likely Christopher Nolan, so I asked him why he was lying... that's when he finally turned his head to look at me. As soon as we made eye contact I knew it, unmistakably, certifiably this man in my Uber was Christopher Nolan. He puffed his cheeks out, like he was stifling the biggest laugh, until air started squeaking through his puckered lips like a balloon zipping around in a cartoon, and then finally said "lying shbying"...then he let out what I can only describe as a really angry looking silent laugh before letting his face settle into a sort of evil smirk. I was stunned. I didn't say anything at first.... but then I managed to say, "Sorry?"... "sorry shborry" he replied... I couldn't believe it. He was speaking absolute gibberish. But then I saw this little glimmer in his eye, and I realised that there was something about the way he put it all together... the silent laugh, the smug smile, the gibberish shibberish.. when I saw all the parts in motion I guess you could say I finally "got" Nolan. He's a director of the people people shbeople
>>212584950This is a real nuclear explosion. What looks more like it, Nolan's or Lynch's?
>>212584992>retard doesn't understand greentextTake your own advice, swine.
>>212584678itโs insane how monumentally awful this explosion looks.
Hows he gonna do the mythical monsters in Odyssey? Claymation?
>>212584669Correct. This is it. His movies help retards (most of the population who watch movies) to feel intelectual. Itโs empty, soulless slop in drag.
>>212587995someone's gotta give the midwit reddit crowd something to chew on, who else is making movies anymore?
