I have been lifting for 12 years, typically 5 days a week, about 40-60 minutes a days, sometimes 3 or 4 days a week. I have a physique like this and have been told I must be riding on /fit/ a bunch of times when I posted pics. This isn't a fucking spider body at all, it's just what someone who lifts consistently and stays pretty lean will look like after, I dunno, a few years? I think it maybe took me 4 or 5 to get to this point, more or less. The problem is just that most people don't stick with it, that is all, so they think this is insane. And I am not anyone special, I just have the crippling autism I needed to stick to the routine.
