Just got out of Superman and I’d… honestly recommend people save their money for Fantastic Four. This didn’t work and I really wanted it to.
>it’s already heading down to the 70%’s on Rotten Tomatoes - looks like The Flash paid review situation again
>wont even make $100m at the box office. Audiences aren’t liking it.
>most of the movie is about Mr. Terrific. Superman is either captured or getting beat up for the entire movie
>muh heckin’ pupper Krypto is distracting and ruins most scenes
>there’s zero romantic chemistry between Superman and Lois
>Lois gives off dyke energy
>80% of the humor doesn’t land. We’re talking fart joke levels of bad
>it’s woke and pro open borders. Will offend conservative viewers
>the CGI looks like a PS3 cutscene
>Superman breaks his code again, kills someone at the end (doesn’t care)
>makes fun of rural people, Pa and Ma Kent are idiots who can barely operate a phone - city people portrayed as cool and smart
>really ugly fish lens shots whenever Superman is flying
I could go on and on. It’s a 4/10

Superman feels like a supporting character in this movie, it's actually a Mr. Nigger and friends movie

Well this sounds like a totally natural sentence someone would say in real life.

This is just reality tho, city people are overall objectively smarter, make more money ,healthier, have more sex , have traveled more, etc

I also thought Lois was off. Like a mix between dyke, girlboss, and cunt while not being fully any of them. I didn’t really like any character in this movie accept the black dude

I loved The Suicide Squad, so I expected Superman to be kino, but the movie was a victim of overcorrection. I bet WB execs were shitting themselves over the fear of the movie being badly received by fanboys, so they went the opposite way of what Snyder did, but in the shittiest way possible: Replace boring dialogue scenes with non-stop action slop, show respect to the source material by filling the story with comic-accurate characters even if they clutter the narrative, skip the origin story and do a 30-minute info dump instead, etc.
I still have hopes for Supergirl, but Superman felt more like an overambitious pilot episode, and in a lot of ways, that's exactly what it is.

The repetitive jokes and characters shouting exposition got really bad. Even my audience got tired of Krypto sperging out

I don't understand why smelly poos keep trying to force this argument. It completely outs you as a shit skin.

This is the based side. The "good reviews" were a marketing psyop, the movie is actually shit (redundant - a James Gunn movie), and it will barely break even with bad WOM at maybe 500m.
