That's the whole reason predators target young, vulnerable, and unknown people. They know victims aren't going to come forward when they have so much to lose. And by the time a potential victim has enough resources to safely come forward, the statue of limitations would've likely passed. Not only that, but they know people like you are gonna dismiss their victim's claims because so much time had passed.
It's shitty to dog on victims for not risking themselves as children after being sexually exploited and traumatized. You're part of the reason predators are able to get away with it all.
