How was Kramer evil? I think most of his misdeeds were a result of misjudgements in how others would receive his actions or the secondary effects of his actions. That is to say, he mostly only caused harm to others out of ignorance rather than willful malice. He often showed a desire to help others and would go through great efforts to help his friends. Kramer is arguably the most morally sound and resolute of the four.

The episode where George turns his life around and becomes confident, successful, and benevolent after buying a toupee is where Elaine really turns to evil. She had absolutely no reason to throw his toupee out the window. She literally could not stand seeing George happy and so she lashed out and attacked him out of pure malice. In the subsequent episodes she's also much more of a bitch than she previously was.
