Why is it they can never hear the not-zombies until just before they're going to attack so they can dramatically kill them from less than a foot away? What's up with the annoying changing angles after a weapon hits? What's up with the awful music and the random Lucy-style insertion of old film footage? Why would you ignore a doctor just because one time you saw him with a bunch of dead people around him? Why is the last five minutes some weird anime shit? Why are all the jumpscares wildlife scurrying buy in a loud way? Was the pregnant zombie getting railed by the multicultural alpha or was she pregnant before she became infected? Are Swedish people really that terrible? Why the annoying loud music and sounds constantly?
