RotJ is not so good and gets way too much praise for the final duel, ignoring allll the other glaring issues

TPM isn't THAT bad, and didn't a great job of serving its purpose, which was to be an adventure movie that got 5-12 year old boys in 1999 into Star Wars

Millennial here, I was about 11 when episode I dropped and I remember thinking that it was boring and jar jar was annoying. I didn’t see episodes II and III in theaters. It wasn’t nearly as big with my friends and my siblings friends as something like Jurassic Park or later The Matrix. My peers and I were more hyped to see the original trilogy during its re-release, even including the stupid elements George shoved in like the night club at Jabba’s palace.
