Weak Lex, but Superman was also weak. Eisenberg didn't fit the part, but at least he actually kinda felt like that Silicon Valley-type nerdy nouveau riche. This Lex is... Bad because he just is, and he's comically bad. He hates Superman just for being more popular? It's like if Musk tried to kill President Trump now because Trump is more popular than Musk.
Anyway, Gene Hackman is still the best live-action Lex. Kevin Spacey had some potential. Eisenberg was mid. Hoult was meh.
